Each customization is different. It depends on the design and the material you choose. After the initial consultation where we discuss all the details, we start to work on the customization process which can take around 1-2 weeks. During this time you have the right to 2 changes. After this period we will charge additional fee for each change. It is because all the materials and designs are unique, and new design means new development.

All our sales are final, we don’t accept any returns. This is because all of our sneakers are numbered / customized and fully handcrafted.
